Due to the exclusive and limited nature of all Gino Torino releases, we maintain a strict return policy designed to protect the integrity, rarity, and quality standards of our products.
By placing an order with Gino Torino, customers acknowledge and accept the conditions outlined below.

1. LIMITED RELEASE POLICY
All Gino Torino collections are produced in strictly limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out.
Availability is never guaranteed after launch.
Certain products, limited drops, exclusive releases, and promotional items may be marked as FINAL SALE and therefore become non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. RETURN REQUEST PERIOD
Customers must contact Gino Torino within 5 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
Unauthorized returns or returns requested outside the permitted timeframe may be refused.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, statutory rights remain unaffected.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused;
- Free from stains, odors, marks, damage, or signs of wear;
- Returned in original condition;
- Original tags fully attached;
- Original packaging included and undamaged;
- No alterations or modifications.
All returned products are subject to strict inspection and quality control upon arrival.
Gino Torino reserves the sole right to determine whether returned items meet acceptable return standards.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Worn or used products;
- Washed items;
- Damaged items caused by customer handling;
- Limited edition or exclusive release products;
- FINAL SALE items;
- Gift cards;
- Promotional products;
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.

5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
All returns require prior approval from Gino Torino.
Returns sent without authorization may be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Return instructions will only be provided after approval.

6. RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
Customers are fully responsible for:
- Return shipping costs;
- Customs duties;
- Import taxes;
- Carrier fees;
- Insurance and tracking services.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a returned package incurs customs charges or import fees for Gino Torino, those amounts may be deducted from the refund.
We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured shipping method.
Gino Torino accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

7. REFUNDS
Refunds are only processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
Shipping costs, taxes, duties, payment processing fees, and any non-recoverable transaction costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet our return standards, the refund may be refused partially or entirely.

8. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock availability.
Requested replacement sizes or products may no longer be available at the time the return is processed.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
Gino Torino reserves the absolute right to refuse:
- Returns that do not comply with this policy;
- Returns showing any sign of use or wear;
- Unauthorized returns;
- Returns received outside the approved timeframe;
- Suspicious or abusive return activity.
Rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or fulfillment has begun.
During limited launches and exclusive drops, all sales may be considered final.
